When we started the business back in September 2020, Lidl was one of our very first clients. Our work has been across the Lidl GB business and has spanned over 2 years It has consisted of running a a series of workshops across every department of the business so that every hears the same content, goes through the same workshop and therefore has connection over the outcomes.

Year 1: Dealing with change & adversity with Henry Fraser
  • Henry’s inspirational story of a tragic accident, leaving him paralysed at 17, to becoming a two-time best selling author, mouth artist and renowned public speaker is all about the mindsets, tools and resilience he used to overcome extreme adversity.
  • It is based around Henry’s 3 fundamental principles of ‘Accept and Adapt’, ‘The Little Big Things’ & ’Control the Controllable’s’ and not only bringing these lessons to life, but encouraging the group to introspect and reflect on their our own lives and roles.

Year 2: Team Dynamics & Social Capital with David Jones
  • This workshop will use the incredible real-life experience of David Jones, a sports psychologist currently working for Saracens RFC, formerly of Mercedes AMG F1 and a number of Premier League football clubs. David’s talk will be centred around Team Dynamics and Social Capital.
  • It will dive into the fundamentals of cohesion. Using data, research and real-life anecdotal evidence, he will unpick where performance truly comes from, how is shows itself and how you foster it. In doing so, he will ‘debunk’ a lot of the current myths & assumptions we have around ‘high performance’.
  • This session will demonstrate the direct correlation between structural & social cohesion and performance.
  • It will foster an environment that encourages people to be honest, open and objective with their feedback without fear of judgement or recrimination.
