Using the power of incrediblereal-life experiences to drive change
CREATING
MEANINGFUL
CHANGE
We are unique with our philosophy and behaviours being ‘actually different’. We invest all our energy helping the people we work with create and own the changes the want and need to make.
We NEVER tell anyone what to do…who are we to be in that position…rather we use incredible real-life experiences, re-frame, re-package and re-apply the key lessons and tangible takeaways they provide into the contexts of our clients to help them in getting to where they need to be.
MEET THE TEAM
Will is an ex professional rugby player for Saracens RFC. Will joined the Saracens Academy in 2005 aged just 14 and was a member of the famed ‘Class of ’08’ alongside the likes of Owen Farrell & Jamie George.
He went on to make 83 appearances for the club and was a part of the team during the historic 2015/16 European & Premiership Double. After a 10 year playing career unfortunately he was forced to retire from playing in 2017 following a neck injury.
Sam is a passionate prison reformer, experienced educator, accomplished amateur sportsman and occasional public speaker. Sam has spent much of his career to date designing, implementing and delivering a number of sport for change programmes across a number of contexts, but perhaps most well known (by those who know him!) as a leading voice on the use of sport in the criminal justice system as a means of enabling resettlement for people leaving prison. As someone who benefits from a healthy dose of perspective during his daily work, Sam makes time to ensure that our business and charity are happy places for our teams to come to work. Sam is happiest when with his young family, raising his two boys in the great outdoors and keeping fit enough to stay ahead of his brother!
Jo’s expertise lies at the intersection of education and entrepreneurship. Since 2017, she has advised ambitious start-ups and schools on projects related to strategy, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. A former A Level teacher at one of the UK’s leading schools, Jo’s work is informed both by her powerful experience in the classroom and her passion for enabling young people to fulfil their highest potential. Jo advises 100 & First on how we can use our speakers' incredible stories to positively impact staff and students at schools across the UK, and enable them to create change in their lives, teams, and school communities.

After a remarkable 15-year tenure at Saracens, accumulating over 300 caps for the club, Jackson Wray has joined forces with former 'Class of 08' teammate Will Fraser as part of the 100 & First team. In addition to his decorated professional rugby career, Jackson has successfully completed a degree in Psychology and qualified as an executive coach. He has also held various positions at Thomas International and worked with several Premier League football academies. More recently, Jackson embarked on a new entrepreneurial venture, establishing his own coffee business called eighty20 Coffee. This enterprise pays homage to his love for coffee and personal growth. We are thrilled to welcome Jackson as our Head of Business Development, where he will undoubtedly leverage his diverse skill set and extensive experience to drive growth and forge valuable partnerships.
