Cultural Health Check

The 100 & First Cultural Health Check is designed to maximise the combination of data analytics followed by the delivery of a discovery session to help you understand the current culture of your organisation and what areas of improvements could be made.

Phase one starts with a data backed cultural health check- a 3 and a half minute survey, designed by an in house organisational psychologist, to get maximum information in the shortest possible completion time. The results provide clear levels of psychological safety, cohesion, trust and overall engagement, all delivered through a detailed report on an interactive online platform.

Phase two is a discovery session, which takes the form of a facilitated workshop, aimed at allowing teams the time and space to discuss their experiences, explore any challenges they might be facing and discuss the results of the data in phase 1 with an aim to create a plan to move forward with.
